Generation 2 Improvements & Changes <9> • Brand new wheel deck design that offers even more flexibility and adjustability for the position of your wheelbase.
• Now offered with our signature "Flat Face" Generation 2 Extruded Aluminum Profile.
• Completely overhauled assembly and design principles that allow for a much faster build involving less parts and most importantly, optimized stability and rigidity for the entire chassis.
• Now offered with our brand new New Generation 2 Aluminum Pedal Tray & Heel Rest design which allows for industry-leading compatibility and maximum adjustability for the position of your pedals.
• Using key learnings from our Generation 1 ASR PRO flagship chassis, we have improved the assembly and mounting system to offer the maximum possible rigidity and stability on this mid-range chassis.
The ASR 3, with its 3" aluminum profile base, is our mid-range chassis that doesn't compromise on any level and offers SimRacers excellent value for their investment.
We created this affordable chassis with one objective in mind : Zero flex and no weak points whatsoever.
The ASR 3 is robust enough to support any kind of belt-driven or direct drive powered wheel base. Although it doesn't feature heavy duty aluminum profile like our upper tier models, it is made of top-grade alloy Aluminum sourced in Canada.
Produced and packaged in Canada with the utmost care and attention.
Although a bit more constrained when it comes to pedal plate adjustment and angle possibilities when compared to the ASR 4 & 6, the chassis will still be easily adjustable in pedal height, angle, and position depending on the racing style and comfort level you are looking for.
Highly adjustable wheel deck that gives you the opportunity to create your own customized and optimal racing position.
The ASR 3 is available in Matte Black (powder coat). Our proprietary powder coat formula is designed for extra durability, enhanced scratch protection and of course, the pristine look that will transform your simulator into a head-turning centerpiece.
Chassis size and format is adequate for most builds and heights (Up to 6'6" or 1.98m).
Please note that all steel parts such as Wheel Mounting Plates and Pedal Plates or Trays come in a textured matte black finish (Powder coat)

Customer Reviews (1)
Proud owner of an ASR3 here, I can confirm the build quality is fantastic - a massive step up over my unbranded extrusion rig. Everything was packaged together professionally & instructions were clear. As with any extrusion cockpit, the adjustability is phenomenal so it can take time to get things dialed in. Getting into a normal car, you'd think it's straight forward? Adjust the seat & adjust the wheel if the car is equipped. You can do even more with one of these. For the long legged individuals such as myself, the ASR3 allows for that. I'm not one for a sugar coated review, so I'll add my only real frustration with it. Very specific to my application - but with the VRS 20Nm wheel I have, there is a 90 degree connector on board. I wish the mounting system allowed for me to have that connector at the side instead of racing straight down. It doesn't tend to interfere, but could of made it a bit tidier for the install. No need to be put off by this as it is a very specific application. The majority of the time for me, I am broadcasting shows for multiple sim racing series across the world. It handles both tasks well, but racing is it's primary focus - understandably so. However if you do find yourself needing to perform more than just a few laps, there has the means to do so. The outside uprights have a smooth face which I was initially concerned would be a drawback, thankfully it was not the case. I'm running a webcam, two streamdecks, phone mount, keyboard shelf & a H pattern shifter on mine. It handles it well. I can't argue with that. For upgrading it, I've done very little. A custom 3D printed name plate really adds a personal touch, and the sides of the ASR3 being smooth do open itself to some fantastic livery designs. I picked up some yellow trim to fill in the extrusion channels too, contrasting with the black - it makes for a beautiful piece of equipment in my chosen color scheme too. Did plan on adding LED lighting (which you could tie into Sim Hub to change colors with flags etc), but found I was very content with how I have it now. Castors are also a good idea - these did not come with mine, would strongly recommend if you're rig is quite hard to get to once setup. Won mine in a charity auction for Operation Motorsport - found out while I was waiting in the ER for some kidney stones. Definitely a silver living to an uncomfortable situation!
